I am also a Certified Healthy Hands Cooking Instructor. I offer individual and family health coaching. I also offer fun, interactive cooking classes that teach kids how to create delicious and healthy meals and inspire a love of healthy eating.

I am passionate about helping others lead healthier, happier lives. However, with so much conflicting information about nutrition and wellness available today, it can be difficult to know where to turn for guidance!

My primary goal as a health coach is to provide the kind of support that I wish I had when I was raising my own children. I want to empower moms and families to make better food choices, improve their health, and develop lifelong habits for a healthier lifestyle. I became a health coach because I believe everyone should have access to personalized, evidence-based information and support that can help them achieve their wellness goals.

Whether you want to lose weight, manage a chronic health condition, help your family adopt better eating habits, or simply feel better in your own skin, I am here to guide you through the complex world of nutrition and lifestyle choices. As your health coach, I am committed to helping you make informed decisions about your health and well-being so that you can live your best life.

In my personal time, I love to cook and meal plan, travel, spend time with family and friends, snuggle my doggies, read, and work-out. I love strength training, long walks, and Pilates. I am always looking for new ways to stay healthy and active!
