My personal journey towards better health started in 2014 when I received a diagnosis of an autoimmune disease. I chose to use a combination of nutrition and medicine to address my disease and I am currently in remission! I no longer need medication and continue to use nutrition and exercise to maintain my heightened health status and have been sharing my experience with others in my life. In 2021 I decided to take a deeper dive into understanding how the choices we make in food, nutrition, exercise, and general attitude in life can improve a health diagnosis & increase overall health through a certification in Health & Wellness coaching. I aim to educate others, and inspire them to eat more fruits and vegetables through easy recipes, ideas, and continued support.
