I am Annik, a certified health and wellness coach, mostly targeting adults and seniors with health issues and those who need direction with their health and lifestyle choices. I believe it is a matter of attitude and perception of life that is a key ingredient towards great health and happiness.

Lifestyle Exercise Attitude Nutrition*

As a certified health and wellness coach, I want to help motivate lifestyle modifications, activities and goal setting. I have practiced the discipline of exercise and a healathy diet while consistently trying to figure out ways to alleviate stress and occasional setbacks brought on by negative circumstances.

We all get into ruts, doing the same things day after day, but to keep both body and mind agile, I want to promote the habit of taking on challenges. It is the best feeling to get out of your comfort zone and feel the victory of the challenge It can be anything from beginning yoga classes to a cooking class, etc.

Mind and body interventions combined with lifestyle change and nontoxic symptomatic management will often allow the body to heal itself completely from a wide scope of medical conditions. Andrew Weil, M.D.

Annik supplied me with a combination of powerful tools by going through my personal life experiences to build new nurturing patterns, reflecting on sabotaging behaviors, and implementing long-term fulfilling strategies. She challenged me and helped me focus on healthier versions of my habits. She created a questionnaire and then designed a booklet that would improve my daily habits which motivate me.
