My heart is not only to help families and individuals look good but feel good while achieving their goals. I’d like to do meet you where you are and help you establish sustainable ways to live a healthier, happier life.

I’m certified Holistic Health Coach, Life Coach, HIIT instructor, hold a Master’s in Public Health, and have a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Exercise Science as well. Although I grew up eating “southern” home cooked meals, it wasn’t always prepared in a healthy way. Ever since I can remember I’ve always had a passion for being physically fit and staying active and thought that I could eat what I wanted, if I exercised. It wasn’t until I was in college that I notice what I now know to be a food intolerance, which caused me to have my share of immune responses resulting in chronic skin issues. Upon doing much research, I gained some basic knowledge on what changes I could make to eliminate conventional alternatives, later seeing a functional nutrition coach for further guidance. This taught me how to listen to my body by removing foods & stressors that weren’t beneficial to my well-being. While completing my graduate studies in public health, I began studying about behavior change and prevention. This is when I had an epiphany that sparked interest on becoming a health coach. My passion for what I had finally overcome was stirred to help others in the same way I had improved myself. That is to guide their understanding through a lens that healthy food can be tasteful, and it can be accomplished while preventing and transforming into a better version of yourself. My journey thus far has been purposeful, so I became a certified health coach through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, coaching adults & families on how to make healthier choices a fun lifestyle.
