About Me
Kristine Schulman
Welcome! I’m Kristine Schulman, a dedicated health coach on a mission to help women over 50 realize their wellness visions and become their most vibrant selves! With a passion for holistic health and a commitment to ongoing learning, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to support you on your wellness journey.
At the age of 52, I understand the unique challenges that women in this stage of life face. As a wife and proud mother of two college-aged children, I know the importance of balance and self-care amidst life’s demands. In addition to my human family, I also have two beloved fur babies who bring joy and playfulness to my day.
I graduated from Western Michigan University with a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts. I also achieved a Master Health Coach designation from the Sears Wellness Institute with a specialization in adults and seniors. I am also a dedicated student of the Integrative Health Practitioner program, continuously expanding my knowledge and staying up to date with the latest research and practices in the field.
My coaching practice is centered around holistic and integrative approaches to wellness. I believe in nurturing the mind, body, and spirit to achieve lasting health and vitality. I will work closely with you to develop a wellness roadmap that suits your unique needs and goals.
Outside of my coaching practice, I enjoy indulging in my passions. I love exploring new destinations through travel, strength training, walking and biking nature, and finding balance through Pilates and the Tracy Anderson Method.
Spending quality time with my cherished friends and family is a priority, as is the joy I find in healthy cooking and indulging in an occasional glass of wine. I also have a green thumb and find solace in nurturing plants and creating a harmonious environment.
